Vaccine Injury Lawyers are Stepping Into the Fray

On October 1, 1988, a compensation program was created by the US Congress to provide financial compensation to qualifying parties for whom vaccines caused illness.

Dubbed ‘The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program’, the law specifically requires that a person claiming ‘vaccine injury’ first seek compensation from the NVICP before a civil suit can be filed.

Making a claim to the program is done without charge to the claimant as fees are paid separately by the US Court of Federal Claims.

If you are concerned that you have been injured by a vaccine and are in need of further information, you may contact the vaccine program at VACCINELAW.COM online. There you will find a table that outlines specific requirements for making a claim via the NVICP.

If your case does not meet that criteria, you may still seek compensation under a law you can find online as 42 U.S.C. 300aa-11(c)(1)(C)(ii).
