It should NOT BE that every issue, every disagreement has to end up in a court of law.
One would think that by now, 2024, such obvious issues would’ve come to a reasonable conclusion — in some cases, decades ago.
Do Americans really need to see the same [horrific] stories over and over again, for year upon year, before someone finally decides to do something?
The answer, of course, should be ‘no’ — but it’s not that simple — at least that’s what we’re told.

Parents: Choose your child’s schools carefully and research this topic in depth before making a final decision. Understand college culture and make your son or daughter aware of the dangers of trusting [allowing others] to make determinations about your health or wellbeing — which is what they’re doing when they’re drinking and in the ‘care’ of others.
Times have changed. People have changed. Know what’s happening to you and around you all of the time. Your life depends on it.
